referred to as Serenity Meadows, on the subject property, PID 16-006-0201 and PID 16-006-0200 in Section 6 of Princeton Township between Highway 169 and 100th Avenue, south of 70th Street, Princeton Township, Minnesota.<\/p><p>The Comprehensive Plan Map designates this area as Commercial\/Industrial land use, and the Zoning Map indicates this property is zoned C\/I - Commercial Industrial District.<\/p><p>The Amended Conditional Use Permit is required to allow changes to the senior housing project in the C\/I District. The plan now includes 11 buildings for a total of 11 dwellings designed for ages 55 years and over. If the Amended Conditional Use Permit is approved, individual units will be allowed to be sold, with a protective covenant addressing the senior housing requirements.<\/p><p>The full legal description for Parcel D is: That part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 36, Range 26, Mille Lacs County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the easterly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 169 per Book V of Miscellaneous, Page 692, lying easterly and southerly of following described Line \u201cA\u201d, lying northerly of following described Line \u201cB\u201d, and lying westerly of following described Line \u201cE\u201d.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Line \u201cA\u201d is described as follows:<\/strong> Commencing at the northeast corner of said East Half;
