2026 Focus:
In 2026, the southeast third of the Township will be the focus area for graveling, brushing, and tree trimming.
Miscellaneous locations throughout the Township will also be addressed as needed.

2025 Princeton Township
Comprehensive Road Maintenance Plan
The 2025 Princeton Township Comprehensive Road Maintenance Plan detailed six primary focus areas, with each focus area providing improved outcomes and budget management. The six primary focus areas to meet these goals and improved outcomes included:
Gravel Road Maintenance
Developed ongoing 3-year rotating graveling plan. Improved grading & dust control for high traffic roads to meet established criteria.
Paved Road Maintenance
Ongoing 6-year rotating pravement surface treatment plan for even years. Crack filling, primarily during odd years or as needed.
Snow Removal
Snow removal has moved to a contracted service.
Mowing & Brush Removal
Mowing and brush removal has similarly moved to a more cost-effective, contracted service. Some brushing & tree trimming continues to be completed by township employees.
Safety & Signage
The Township has developed & implemented accurate inventory, policy, & process regarding maintenance of safety & signage.
Comprehensive Budget Plan
The Township has established a Comprehensive Budget Plan to address all previously mentioned maintenance needs & services, as required by State Statutes.
